High Carrying Capacity

The carrying capacity of the paper bags we produce is determined in accordance with the EN 13590:2003 standard. According to this standard, to declare a carrying capacity, bags must be subjected to 20 up-and-down handle oscillation cycles at a specific speed under the declared weight. Carrying capacity is declared only for bags that successfully complete this testing process. All paper bags produced are subjected to quality control tests and their durability is verified using the handle swing test device within our company. In this regard, we manufacture and export kraft paper bags with a carrying capacity of up to 20 kg.

Paper bag production is carried out in various sizes at our facility. The measurement ranges of the bags we can produce within our production capacity are specified below:

Gusset Length: 12 – 28 cm
Width: 22 – 55 cm
Height: 25 – 62 cm

Printed Kraft Bag: 25,000 units
Unprinted Kraft Bag: 25,000 units

While you can purchase Kraft Bags unprinted, we also have the capability to produce printed Kraft Bags with designs customized for your brand.

We perform our printing processes using our high-printing-quality 6-color Flexo printing machine located in our facility.
